Creating Organisational Fit For Innovation
"Creating Organisation Fit for Innovation" considers the changes across the organisation to embrace and sponsor and exploit the potential opportunities from the work of the Innovators. This new "organisation fit" will become a graduated maturing towards an innovative organisation.
Speakers are Michael O’Duffy, CEO of the Centre for Software Engineering (CSE) and David Trevitt, Principal Consultant of Business Knowledge Innovation. Both Michael and David have considerable experience in working with organisations in developing their innovation capabilities.
This event is part of The Network on Innovation and is the second 2010 series of talks that look at aspects of the Innovative Organisation.
These breakfast briefings are presented on 3 Fridays in October 2010. They are intended for those who initiate innovation, are responsible for management of innovation, or carry out one of the many roles that help to make a success through innovation. Your attendance and participation is very welcome.
