Defining Innovation Challenges
"Defining Innovation Challenges" considers the need of senior management to provide focus to the Innovators by ensuring that they address areas of real value to the organisation, and their work contributes to the strategic repositioning of the organisation in its quest for greater success.
Speakers are Michael O’Duffy, CEO of the Centre for Software Engineering (CSE) and David Trevitt, Principal Consultant of Business Knowledge Innovation. Both Michael and David have considerable experience in working with organisations in developing their innovation capabilities.
This event is part of The Network on Innovation and is the second 2010 series of talks that look at aspects of the Innovative Organisation.
These breakfast briefings are intended for those who initiate innovation, are responsible for management of innovation, or carry out one of the many roles that help to make a success through innovation. However, anyone with an interest in innovation is very welcome to attend.
