Key Event - Exploiting Innovation
Intrinsic to good innovation is a well thought out deployment and marketing plan that reaps the benefits whilst managing the risks.
This session brings together a coherent approach to maximising the benefits of an innovation for both users and makers.
Speakers are Michael O’Duffy, CEO of the Centre for Software Engineering (CSE) and David Trevitt. Michael and David have put innovation into practice in a number of organisations in different sectors and using different approaches.
This event is part of The Network on Innovation which is a series of talks that look at aspects of the Innovative Organisation.
These breakfast briefings are presented on Fridays from April to June 2010. They are intended for those who initiate innovation, are responsible for management of innovation, or carry out one of the many roles that help to make a success through innovation. Your attendance and participation is very welcome.
